SHIPPING
Shipping times will vary based on availability of product ordered.  You will be emailed a tracking number once the item has been shipped.  Back ordered items will be shipped separately.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from www.TheScrapbookingCricut.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURN POLICY
Once an order is placed, if canceled before the product is shipped, payment may be refunded minus a 15% merchant charge fee.  Unopened products without defect may be exchanged within 30 days.  If you would like to exchange an item, send an email with the product information and order number to receive a Return Authorization Number.  For defects please contact Provo Craft for warranty issues.  We do not accept returns.
